Invitation to participate in Bazar - festival of dance and culture of the Orient

Call for exhibitors

On 17th of April 2010 fifth Bazar - festival of dance and culture of the Orient will take place in Ljubljana. Bazar is the most visited Oriental dance event in Slovenia. In five years more than thousand dancers from Slovenia and abroad peformed in the festival. The festival with it's gala show and wast range of accompanying events is well attended each year, with good media coverage.
Among other things, we are preparing Bazaar - Oriental market – and we want to invite you to co-operation.
All vendors and manufacturers of dance costumes and props for the Oriental dance, providers of Oriental products, culinary delights, tours, other dance events are invited to take part in Bazaar. We want to attract vairous individuals and organizations, whose activity is associated with Orient.
If you are interested in selling and advertising of your products, services or events, you are invited to participate. Festival will be held in Cankarjev dom; exhibition spaces will be in the second loby. The event begins at 12:00 and is expected to last at least until 24:00.

Conditions of participation:
- Exhibitor must have its showroom located at 12:00 on the day of event (setting possible from 8:00 onwards)
- Participants must display their products at least till the beginning of the Orient Express gala show (presumably at the 20:00),
- Prior application is required (deadline: 15. 3. 2010).

Rates for renting exhibition/sales area:
- 1 counter + 1 board = 50 €
- 2 counters + 2 boards = 100 €
- more counters and boards = 150 €

Dimensions of counters and boards:
- Board: width 1m, height 2m
- Counter: length approx. 120 cm, width 75 cm and 45 (tables are white)
